Introduction

Cancellation Policy: At ML Shillong Cab, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your booking. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations are handled and any associated fees.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, you can:

  1. Online: Log in to your account on our website mlshillongtravel.in and navigate to the ‘My Account‘ section to cancel your ride.
  2. Mobile App: Use our mobile app to cancel your booking by accessing the ‘My Bookings’ section.
  3. Customer Service: Call our customer service at +91 82578 14765 for assistance with canceling your booking.

Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation fees apply based on the time of cancellation:

  1. More than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: No cancellation fee.
  2. Between 24 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: 20% of the total fare.
  3. Less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: 50% of the total fare.
  4. No-show or cancellation after the driver has arrived at the pick-up location: 100% of the total fare.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed as follows:

  1. Payment by Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 7-10 business days.
  2. Payment by Digital Wallets: Refunds will be credited back to the original wallet account within 7-10 business days.
  3. Payment by Cash: Refunds will be issued as a credit towards your next booking with us.

Exceptions

  1. Weather Conditions: In the event of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
  2. Driver Delays: If your driver is significantly delayed (more than 30 minutes) beyond the scheduled pick-up time and you choose to cancel, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
  3. Booking Errors: If there is an error in your booking caused by our system or our customer service team, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking (change of time, date, or pick-up/drop-off location), please contact our customer service. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
